each capsule contains shark cartilage (Chondroitin Sulfate Shark) - 300 mg. and lyophilized fish collagen (Fish collagenum) - 50 mg. and lactose - 50 mg. The recommended maximum daily dose of 4 capsules contains: shark cartilage (Chondroitin Sulfate Shark) - 1200 mg. and lyophilized collagen (Fish collagenum) - 200 mg. and lactose - 200 mg.
SHARKOL Dosage:
4 capsules daily 30 minutes before meals. For a long-lasting effect, the preparation is taken for at least 90 days.
