The shiitake is the second most consumed mushroom in the world. In terms of the amount consumed, it is only surpassed by the button mushroom. Although the shiitake is an indispensable edible and medicinal mushroom in Asia and especially in TCM, it has only been popular in Germany for a few decades.
This product is a loose organic powder of dried and finely ground shiitake. It is vegan, organically certified (organic inspection body: DE-ÖKO-006), gluten- and lactose-free and free from additives.
Recommended use:
Mix 1-2 level measuring spoons (included in the can) with liquid every day and take before or after a meal. Alternatively, the powder can be stirred directly into the meal. Muesli or porridge are ideal for this.
