Composition:
15 mg of silicon oxide (in the form of a soluble form of magnesium silicate), 75 mg of biotin, vitamin H (D-biotin) - approx. 75% of the recommended daily allowance for children over 10 years, 50% of the recommended daily allowance for adults. Additives: sorbitol (bulking agent), talc (substance for surface application), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), malic acid (acidity regulator), maltodextrin, natural peppermint flavoring.

The preparation is included in the wide category of complex dietary supplements. It consists of biotin, also called the vitamin H. Its presence plays a very important role for the body in the process of normal enzyme-carboxylase function. It participates in the creation of protein and has many important auxiliary functions. Silicon is an important building block of bone, cartilage and connective tissue. Its deficiency can be noticed after the condition of the hair and the nail plate. Silicon protects against hair loss, breaking and splitting. In addition, it participates in the formation of dermal cells and accelerates the renewal of the epidermis, stimulating skin hydration. Thanks to this, the skin looks younger.
Indications:
It is recommended to use the supplement in the case of brittleness of the nail plate, hair loss and diseases of the scalp (eg dandruff).
Directions for use:
Use orally. A dose of 1-2 tablets / 24h is recommended. The tablet dissolve in the mouth and drink with liquid.
