Kieselerde Plus capsules are ideally tailored to the needs of people who want strong connective tissue, beautiful hair, nails and healthy skin. They contain a special, comprehensive combination of vital substances, based on nutritional science, made from natural Neuburg Siliceous Earth, biotin (vitamin H), calcium and vitamin D3. Biotin helps maintain healthy skin and hair. The sensible combination of vitamin D and calcium also helps maintain normal bones and teeth.

To ensure an adequate silicon intake, Kieselerde Plus capsules should ideally be consumed as a course of treatment over a period of 3 to 6 months.

Ingredients:
Siliceous earth, calcium carbonate, gelatine (beef), cholecalciferol, calcium carbonate dye, D-biotin.

Silica 320 mg

Vitamin D 10 μg (200%)*
Calcium 120 mg (15%)*

Recommended consumption:
Take 1 capsule twice a day, unchewed, with some liquid. The recommended daily consumption must not be exceeded.
