The recommended dose is:

For adults and young people aged 12 and over:
- For the treatment of restlessness, take 1 coated tablet up to 3 times daily.
- For the treatment of nervous-related sleep disturbances, take 1 coated tablet 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime. If necessary, you can take an additional coated tablet earlier in the evening.

If you have taken a larger amount than you should
- If you accidentally take double or triple the intended dose (equivalent to 2-3 coated tablets), this usually has no adverse effects. In this case, continue taking the medication as described in the dosage instructions or as prescribed by your doctor.
