IsoFree® is a ready-to-use, sterile isotonic saline solution that can be used to moisten
the upper and lower airways and for aerosol therapy by nebulizing with an electrically operated jet nebulizer or ultrasonic nebulizer. It can be used,
for example, as an accompanying measure in the treatment of colds (e.g. cough or runny nose) and when the air humidity is low after a long stay in air-conditioned or heated rooms.

Sodium chloride, ISOFREE, isotonic saline, for Nasal Rinse, IsoFree® can:

• can be used without further additives to moisten the upper and lower respiratory tract. Please pay close attention to the information in the instructions for use of your nebulizer.
• used in conjunction with other preparations, ie IsoFree® can also
  be used to dilute medicinal products for inhalation. When using IsoFree® in conjunction with a drug, please pay
  close attention to the dilution information in the instructions for use of the drug. IsoFree® can also be used for daily nasal cleaning in babies, toddlers, school children and adults, especially with the following disorders:
  • A cold
    
  • bronchitis
    
  • asthma
    
  • allergic cold eg hay fever
    
  • frequent stay in overheated or air-conditioned rooms
    
  • when staying in a polluted environment
    (dust, smog)

IsoFree® protects the nasal mucosa from drying out in both children and adults and prevents
excessive mucus production by restoring the natural moisture content of the nasal mucosa. This supports the natural cleaning of your airways, which not only has a positive effect
on inflammation, but also on increased exposure to dust and pollutants (e.g. dust or tobacco smoke).
In infants, IsoFree® is used to clear mucus from the nose, making feeding easier and reducing the time it takes to fall asleep.

IsoFree® can also be used to clear the nose of young children who are not yet able to
clear their nose by blowing their nose.

Sodium chloride, ISOFREE, isotonic saline, for Nasal Rinse Application

When using for nebulization with an electrically operated jet nebuliser or ultrasonic nebuliser,
pour the contents of a single-dose container into the nebuliser according to the manufacturer of your electrically operated jet nebuliser or ultrasonic nebuliser. The duration of the inhalation depends on the type and features of your inhalation device and can therefore vary somewhat. It should not exceed 20 minutes for a single-dose container. Otherwise, please contact the manufacturer of the inhalation device you are using.

ATTENTION: In any case, please follow the instructions in the instructions for use of your inhalation device.
When using IsoFree® in conjunction with a medicine, please read and follow the instructions for use of the medicine to be inhaled carefully before use.
The medicinal product must be intended for this dosage form. Please follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.

Preparing Sodium chloride, ISOFREE, isotonic saline, for Nasal Rinse for inhalation

Open the nebuliser according to the instructions in the instructions for use of your inhalation device.
Open a single-dose container and fill IsoFree® into the
container provided on your inhalation device. When using IsoFree® in conjunction with a drug, please indicate the dilution information
in the package leaflet of the medicinal product. Close the nebuliser and switch on the device according to the
instructions in the instructions for use of your inhalation device.

Inhaling with the mouthpiece
Put the mouthpiece between your teeth and put your lips around it.
Sit up straight and relaxed. Breathe in calmly and evenly through the mouthpiece and after a few seconds breathe out through your nose. In the case of mouthpieces with an exhalation valve, you can breathe in and out through the mouthpiece.

Inhalation with the mask
Hold the mask on your face so that your mouth and nose are tightly closed. Carry out the inhalation process
as described above.

APPLICATION Sodium chloride, ISOFREE, isotonic saline, for Nasal Rinse FOR NOSE HYGIENE

Babies and young children: Put a few drops in each nostril 1-3 times a day or just before feeding. There is no age limit for /soFree®
and can therefore also be used for small children and infants.

Adults: Use 1 single-dose container 1-3 times (maximum 4 times) daily as required. This product can be used during pregnancy and lactation. It contains no preservatives.
