How should Solidago Similiaplex® be used?
Always take the medicine exactly as instructed in the package leaflet. Please check with your prescriber or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Unless otherwise prescribed:
In acute conditions, take 5 drops every half to full hour, up to 6 times a day. Use for more than 1 week should only be done after consultation with a homeopathically experienced doctor or naturopath.
In chronic forms, take 5 drops 1 to 3 times a day. If the symptoms improve, the frequency of administration should be reduced.
Small children from 1 to 6 years receive acute: 3 drops a maximum of 6 times a day, chronic: 3 drops 1 to 3 times a day.
Children between the ages of 7 and 12 receive acute: 3-4 drops a maximum of 6 times a day, chronic 3-4 drops 1 to 3 times a day.
It is recommended to use the medicine diluted with water for children.
Homeopathic medicines should not be used for long periods without medical advice.

ethanol, purified water. Contains 59% alcohol by volume. 1 g of Solidago Similiaplex® corresponds to 43 drops.

A few animal and test tube studies suggest goldenrod may help reduce inflammation, relieve muscle spasms, fight infections, and lower blood pressure. It does seem to act like a diuretic, and is used in Europe to treat urinary tract inflammation and to prevent or treat kidney stones.
Herniaria glabra benefits:
It has an anti-spasmodic effect on the bladder and is traditionally used to treat urinary tract infections (UTI), cystitis and kidney stones. A poultice may be made from the whole plant and used externally for healing ulcers. The whole plant is astringent, diuretic and expectorant and should be gathered when in flower.
Ononis spinosa benefits:
Extracts from the roots of Ononis spinosa L. (restharrow roots) are traditionally used for the treatment of patients with urinary tract infections due to its mild diuretic activity, caused by the inhibition of renal human hyaluronidase-1 by isoflavonoids. Preliminary studies also indicated anti-inflammatory effects.
