Solidagoren® Liquid contains goldenrod, horsetail and cinquefoil.
In this precisely coordinated combination, it inhibits the bacteria from settling in the mucous membrane of the ureter, bladder and kidneys and flushes the bacteria out. At the same time, it helps to heal the inflammation, calms the bladder and counteracts the constant urge to urinate.
- Works naturally against mild urinary tract infections
- Supports lasting healing
- Also for chronic urinary tract infections (recurrences)
Properties
Solidagoren® Liquid is a herbal remedy for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract. The good effectiveness is based on the interaction of 3 components:
Solidago
(goldenrod herb) has a strong flushing and anti-inflammatory effect. It contains essential oils (0.4-0.5%) with g-cadinen as the main component, flavonoids (about 1.5%) with quercitrin as the main component; Triterpene saponins with polygalaic acid as triterpene base (approx. 0.2-0.5%); Phenol glycosides, also caffeic acid derivatives, including chlorogenic acid and polysaccharides.
The flavonoids, saponins and tannins have a scientifically proven diuretic, anti-inflammatory and saluretic effect.
Potentilla anserina
(Cinquefoil) contains flavonoids and tannins.
It makes it difficult for bacteria to nest in the mucous membrane due to its astringent effect.
In addition, it has a spasmolytic effect on the smooth muscles of the ureter.
Equisetum arvense
(horsetail) supports the mode of action, since on the one hand it has a diuretic effect due to the flavonoids and potassium salts it contains and on the other hand it has a metabolism-stimulating effect.
This increases the resistance of the connective tissue, which reduces the likelihood of a recurrence.
Supplementation of the standard therapy according to the guideline. According to the medical guidelines for the treatment of urinary tract infections, antibiotics should be prescribed. In the best case, the pathogens are eliminated and the inflammation recedes. However, pathogens are becoming increasingly resistant to common antibiotics.
In addition, it is now known that multiple antibiosis in itself is a factor in recurrent urinary tract infections. Phytopharmaceuticals can be helpful here. Mild urinary tract infections can also be controlled with herbal medicines if the patient cooperates (drink a lot).
Solidagoren® Liquid is therefore particularly suitable for patients with recurrent urinary tract infections.
Due to the combination of various medicinal plant extracts with anti-inflammatory, astringent and diuretic effects, it is a good addition to antibiotic therapy. As a pH-neutral phytotherapeutic alternative, it is particularly suitable for short-term use in long-term medication and for ensuring sustained therapeutic success.
