STOPACID peppermint for acids Purpose:

STOP-ACID is an antacid drug in the form of chewable or lozenge tablets.

STOP-ACID contains the following active substances in 1 tablet: Dried Aluminum hydroxide 0.160 g, Magnesium hydroxide 0.160 g, Calcium carbonate 0.200 g.

STOP-ACID also contains the following excipients: mannitol, aspartame, povidone, talc, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, lemon and mint essence.
What is STOP-ACID hyperacidity used for? dyspepsia; acute and chronic gastritis; an adjunct in the treatment of peptic (gastric or duodenal) ulcer; functional-secretory disorders of the stomach;

When STOP-ACID should not be used:

Hypersensitivity to any of the active substances or to any of the excipients
Patients with chronic renal failure Do not use in children under 6 years of age

STOP-ACID can be used by diabetics!

STOP-ACID does not affect the ability to drive and use machines.

If you suffer from kidney disease, you should consult a doctor before taking STOP-ACID.
If gastrointestinal complaints are prolonged and recurrent, medical attention should be sought to clarify the diagnosis.

STOP-ACID is dispensed without a prescription.

How STOP-ACID is applied

Adult patients and children over 6 years of age:

Chew or suck 1-2 tablets half an hour before meals or 1-2 hours after meals

Maximum daily dose - 12 tablets.

Duration of application as an antacid - no more than 14 consecutive days.
The tablets can be chewed or sucked until completely dissolved in the mouth. Do not swallow whole tablets!

Drug interactions

STOP-ACID may affect the absorption of other medicines (such as tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, azithromycin, propranolol, atenolol, captopril, itraconazole, fexofenadine, gabapentin, alendronate). Moxifloxacin should be taken at least 4 hours before or 8 hours after taking Stop Acid.

As a rule, STOP-ACID should be taken 2 hours before or after taking other medicines.

What side effects may occur?

No side effects were observed at the recommended dose.

Pregnancy and lactation

No side effects have been reported with the use of such products on pregnant and lactating women.
