- Succus Farfarae - coltsfoot leaf and flower juice with expectorant effect and is used as an auxiliary in catarrh of the upper respiratory tract and in inflammation of the throat and tonsils. The preparation helps to remove secretions in the respiratory tract.
Composition:
Farfarae foil recentis succus (1: 1), extractant ethanol 96% (v / v), water (juice from fresh coltsfoot leaves stabilized with ethanol) - 100 ml.
The ethanol content of the preparation is 25-35% (v / v).
Action and use:
Succus Farfarae, contains juice from coltsfoot leaves and flowers and is recommended for use in light catarrhal conditions of the upper respiratory tract and for the prevention of respiratory diseases such as catarrh of the upper respiratory tract, acute and chronic bronchitis, weakening of the expectorant reflex, pharyngitis and tonsillitis.
Dosage:
Orally: 2.5-5 ml of the preparation 3 times a day in a small amount of liquid, preferably fruit juice. Do not use for more than 4-6 weeks per year.
