Sterile sodium hyaluronate solution. The Suplasyn 20mg / 2ml medical device is intended for intra-articular administration. The preparation Suplasyn is used for the symptomatic treatment of degenerative arthritis. As a natural component of synovial fluid, hyaluronic acid plays an important role in maintaining the physiological environment of the joint. Used in the form of intra-articular injections, it increases the viscosity and elasticity of joint fluid. This helps to improve joint mobility and cushioning, reduces pain and helps to slow down the degenerative process within the cartilage.

Contraindications Suplasyn :

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the product. Do not use in children, women during pregnancy and lactation. Do not administer intravascularly.

Suplasyn Adverse reaction:

Transient, short-term pain may occur when the product is introduced intra-articularly. A mild local reaction may occur in the treated joint (pain, feeling hot, redness, hyperthermia, exudate, irritation, inflammation, swelling). If such symptoms occur, it is recommended to cover the pond with ice and give it rest. Usually the side effects will go away within a few days.

How to use the Suplasyn 20mg / 2ml pre-filled syringe:

For single use. It can only be injected by a doctor. Dosage schedule: it is recommended to use one injection per week for three weeks. If the patient's condition requires it, more injections (up to 6 injections) can be given. A strict aseptic technique should be used when administering the preparation. Several joints can be treated at a time. Any unused portion should be discarded. After injecting the preparation, the patient should rest for 24-48 hours, and also avoid intense physical exertion during the whole treatment.
