TEA BLOOD PRESSURE CISNIENIO GRYKA Description:
Arterial blood pressure is the pressure that blood exerts on the walls of the arteries. There are two types of pressure - systolic (pressure during systole - contraction of the chambers of the heart muscle) and diastolic (pressure during diastole - period of relaxation of the heart muscle - constant pressure in the system). The normal values are: for the systolic - up to 140 mmHg, for the diastolic - up to 90 mmHg. With a unique combination including Amla (Indian gooseberries), Chinese rhubarb and Siberian ginseng, which have a positive effect on maintaining normal blood pressure, the product BLOOD PRESSURE-GREECE is an excellent completely natural addition to any diet. Regular consumption of 2 sachets a day, of course, can have a positive effect on maintaining an appropriate level of blood pressure.
Method of preparation:
Put a filter bag of BLOOD PRESSURE-GRIKA tea in a cup and pour freshly boiled water (not boiling water). The temperature should be around 80 degrees Celsius. Soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
How to prepare a cold drink:
Put two filter bags in a bottle of mineral water (0.5 l). Soak them for about 1 hour. During the summer months, before placing the sachets to soak, squeeze 1/4 lemon into the liquid. The prepared drink contains a perfect source of vitamins and minerals.
Duration of administration: No restrictions.
A way of use TEA BLOOD PRESSURE CISNIENIO GRYKA:
One filter bag, twice a day, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (2 sachets) during the day. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of tea, and in women during pregnancy and lactation.
STORAGE: In a cool, ventilated, dry place, at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight, out of reach of small children, in original packaging.
