Especially diabetics and people with impaired transformation of carbohydrates need optimal dose of sodium and alpha lipoic acid. Sodium takes part in the body, inter alia, the conductivity of stimuli. Alpha-lipoic acid, also known as acid tioktanowym, serves two main functions in the body - is an antioxidant and also affects carbohydrate metabolism. This acid by removing free radicals, reduces possibility of damages to the cells.
