How to use Tołpa Expert Parodontosis Toothpaste:
Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush. Brushes with soft bristles are recommended. Brush your teeth for about 2-3 minutes, preferably by making circular sweeping movements directed from the gums towards the tooth crown. After brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth with warm water. The paste should be used regularly at least twice a day, but it is recommended to brush your teeth after each meal.
