The aim of any effective measure to reduce body weight should be long-term and sustainable weight loss - as opposed to losing weight quickly, as some "miracle cures" promise. A promise that, if at all, is usually only temporarily fulfilled.

aktiv saturation capsules for the treatment of obesity and for weight control contain an almost calorie-free, finely ground vegetable bulking agent: husks of Indian psyllium (Plantaginis ovata). After ingestion with liquid, the capsules dissolve in the stomach and swell into a soft, jelly-like mass.

Due to the increased swelling of the stomach contents, a feeling of satiety sets in more quickly during eating. This makes it easier to eat less. Calorie intake is reduced and dietary measures are better adhered to.

Areas of application:
To increase the feeling of satiety - and thus to reduce appetite - in the supportive treatment of obesity and for weight control.

Application Treatment of obesity and for weight control, saturation capsules:

Usually once a day, each with a glass of water, 30 minutes before the main meal (lunch) 4 capsules. If necessary, extendable to 2 to 3 meals a day (= 8 to 12 capsules). It is essential to ensure sufficient fluid intake in the form of low-calorie drinks (at least 2 liters per day)! Never take capsules without liquid, do not suck, chew or bite!.

Contraindications:
aktiv saturation capsules must not be used in the case of pathological constrictions in the gastrointestinal tract, impending or existing intestinal obstruction, diabetes mellitus that is difficult to control and hypersensitivity to Indian psyllium husks.

In addition, the capsules are not suitable for use by pregnant women, nursing mothers or children.

Side effects:
In individual cases, hypersensitivity reactions, increased stool volume and/or softening of the stool can occur.

Interactions with other drugs:
The absorption of other drugs taken at the same time can be delayed by active saturation capsules. Insulin-dependent diabetics may need to reduce the insulin dose.
