Contraindications:
Liquid dilution for injection D12: None known.

Precautions for use and warnings:
There is no adequately documented experience with the use of this medicine in children. It should therefore only be used in children under 12 years of age after consulting a doctor.

Dosage and method of use:
Unless otherwise prescribed, adults and adolescents aged 12 and over inject 1 ml subcutaneously once a week to once a day. The dosage for children under 12 years of age is determined by the doctor.

Duration of application:
The duration of the treatment requires consultation with the doctor.

Side effects:
None known.

All of the observations taken together lead to the definite conclusion that the function of the trigonum vesicae is entirely separate and distinct from that of the rest of the musculature of the bladder and is specifically to open the sphincter of the bladder and inaugurate micturition.
