What is Bacillus subtilis good for?

subtilis is an ideal multifunctional probiotic, with great potential for preventing the growth of pathogenic bacteria and enhancing nutrient assimilation. B. subtilis is also commonly used as an industrial cell factory, for the production of vitamins, inositol, acetoin, hyaluronan, and other chemicals.

  • Lactose

Dosage form:
capsules for oral use

Active substance:
Bacillus subtilis e muribus cellulae (lyphilis., Sterile.) D5

Composition:
1 capsule contains: 330 mg Bacillus subtilis e muribus cellulae (lyphilis., Sterile.) Trit D5 (HAB, regulation 6). Excipients: Capsule shell: Hypromellose (HPMC).

Bacillus subtilis Application:
Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over take 1 capsule every 2 weeks. If there is no or weak reaction, it can be taken at shorter intervals - 1 capsule a maximum of 2 times a week. Take the capsules in the morning before breakfast or in the evening before going to bed with some liquid. After a maximum of 4 weeks of therapy, UTILIN "H" D5 should be discontinued.

Side effects:
Due to the content of specific organic components in UTILIN "H" D5, hypersensitivity reactions, mainly in the form of skin reactions, can occur in rare cases and an allergy to the component Bacillus subtilis can be triggered.

Contraindications:
Do not use in the case of:
- known hypersensitivity to Bacillus subtilis
- Autoimmune diseases
- Children under 12 years
- Pregnant and breastfeeding women

Bacillus subtilis Interactions:
Other immunosuppressive drugs can impair the effectiveness of UTILIN "H" D5. There should be an interval of 4 weeks before and after treatment with orally administered live vaccines.

Precautions:
This medicine contains lactose. Please take UTILIN "H" D5 only after consulting your doctor if you know that you suffer from an intolerance to certain sugars.
