VAGINAL APPLICATOR for suppositories

Do not use applicators for vaginal suppositories during pregnancy! If handled clumsily, there is a risk of injury, since the area around the cervix (cervix) is very sensitive in pregnant women.

Instead, treatment with vaginal suppositories without an insertion aid makes sense. The general rule is: consult your doctor before using vaginal suppositories during pregnancy.

Do not carry out a treatment during menstruation. So that the therapy does not have to be interrupted, it should be completed before menstruation. Talk to your doctor if you are about to have a period when you start treatment.

3 pack

For targeted introduction of the suppository vaginally or rectally.

Instructions for use VAGINAL APPLICATOR for suppositories:

Wash your hands and dry them thoroughly.

  1. Carefully remove the pessary from the packaging.
  2. Insert the vaginal pessary into the applicator.
  3. Insert the applicator tube as deep as possible into the vagina. For rectal use, place the suppository in front of the opening of the anus using the applicator. This is easiest to do lying on your back with your legs slightly apart. In this position, the pelvic muscles are relaxed.
  4. Gently push the applicator plunger until it stops. The vaginal suppository is placed in the vagina or, in the case of rectal use, in the anus (rectum).
  5. Take the applicator out of the vagina. For rectal use, remove the applicator from the opening of the anus.
  6. Dispose of used disposable applicators in household waste.
