The Vagiwell® Dilators are medical stretching pins made of silicone (dilators) for use in vaginal stretching exercises. The Vagiwell® expansion pins are suitable for domestic and clinical use.

•after childbirth, scarring after an incision (epistomy) or perineal tear

•due to or after prolonged cancer treatment with radiation or chemotherapy

•after gynecological surgery with reduction of the vagina and scarring

• for personal reasons why the vagina feels too tight

•vaginismus (vaginal spasm)

•vaginal tightness (virginity) or previously unstretched vaginal walls

•lichen sclerosus

• as a result of a transgender operation (man to woman) and "keeping open" the artificially formed vagina
