The recommended daily dose contains:
Varelian root extract - 450 mg
Other ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.
Valerian is the ideal herb for nervous excitement, difficulty falling asleep, prone to heart complaints, prone to high blood pressure.

Favors the function of the nervous system in states of anxiety, insomnia.

Up to 6 tablets daily after meals. Maximum daily dose - 6 tablets.
