B vitamins - important for nerves and metabolism

A sufficient supply of the organism with vitamins of the B group is essential for the natural flow of metabolic processes, especially in the nerve cells. Like vitamin C, the B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins. With the exception of vitamin B12 (depot in the liver), the human organism cannot store them for long. Any excess water-soluble vitamins that are supplied are excreted by the body through the kidneys.

How does a B vitamin deficiency arise?

Deficiency in B vitamins can occur
  • as a result of unfavorable eating habits (fast food, high vitamin losses when cooking food)
  • in certain phases of life (pregnancy and breastfeeding, older age)
  • through a longer, strictly vegetarian diet
  • in the context of certain diseases (infections, diabetes mellitus, gastrointestinal diseases with absorption disorders, dialysis obligation, cancer)
  • through intense sporting activity or heavy physical work
  • as a result of taking drugs, for example birth control pills, drugs against increased gastric acid build-up ("proton pump inhibitors"), drugs for dehydration (furosemide)
  • with heavy consumption of luxury foods (beer, wine, cigarettes).

Unconcentrated? Limp? Nerve pain? Vitamin B complex forte Hevert, the combination for vitality and strong nerves

The vitamins of the B group control important metabolic processes. They are the guarantee that the nervous system can fulfill its central communication and control function. A deficiency in B vitamins brings the entire organism out of balance. Anyone who is exhausted, has trouble concentrating and gets irritated by every little thing should think about a vitamin B deficiency. Above all, vegetarians and especially vegans, pregnant and breastfeeding women, the elderly, competitive athletes and diabetes patients should ensure that they have an adequate supply of B vitamins. A deficiency of these vitamins is often diet-related, but lifestyle also plays a role: too high nicotine or alcohol consumption, the birth control pill, dehydrating agents or gastric acid blockers are considered to be vitamin B robbers.

Vitamin B complex forte Hevert supplies the body quickly and in high concentration with the B vitamins essential for normal functioning and vitality of the body. This improves the nervous system, memory and heart function, among other things. In addition, blood formation is promoted and nerve pain is alleviated. The vitamin B combination also strengthens the immune system.

Vitamin B complex forte Hevert contains vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), which in combination optimize the metabolic processes in the cells, especially in the nerve cells, and thus contribute to the regeneration of the body with greater vitality. Just one tablet of vitamin B complex works reliably with recognizable vitamin B1, B6 and B12 deficiencies and their accompanying symptoms.

Vitamin B complex forte Hevert - vitality enhancing, nerve strengthening, performance enhancing.

For the therapy of vitamin B deficiencies

A sufficient supply of the organism with vitamins of the B group is absolutely necessary for the physiological course of the metabolic processes, especially in the nerve cells. Deficiency can lead to painful nervous system disorders.

Vitamin B1 is involved in the intermediate metabolism of carbohydrates and is also of great importance for the synthesis of acetylcholine, which acts as a chemical transmitter for the transmission of nerve stimuli to the synapses. In the case of a deficiency or relative avitaminosis of vitamin B1, there is a disruption of the nervous impulse transmission and thus the functionality.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is involved in the metabolism in the form of pyridoxal phosphate as a coenzyme of numerous enzymes. These intervene primarily in protein metabolism and in the synthesis of the biogenic amines (adrenaline, noradrenaline, dopamine) that are important for nerve tissue. During pregnancy, the need for vitamin B6 is significantly higher, as is the case with women who take contraceptives (pill) and with therapy with high-energy rays.

A deficiency in vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), triggered for example by a longer strictly vegetarian diet, can lead to the clinical picture of pernicious anemia and thus to oxygen deficiency diseases.

VITAMIN B COMPLEX forte Composition:
1 tablet contains: vitamin B1 (thiamine nitrate) 100 mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 50 mg, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 500 µg.
Other ingredients: cellulose, citric acid, croscarmellose, lactose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, povidone, trisodium citrate.

Areas of application:
For the therapy of proven deficiencies in vitamins B1, B6 and B12.

VITAMIN B COMPLEX forte Dosage:
For short-term use (up to four weeks) take 1-2 tablets daily during meals. In chronic forms (longer than four weeks) take 1 tablet daily.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) or any of the other ingredients.

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, "Vitamin B-Complex forte Hevert" is only useful for treating a proven vitamin B1 and B6 deficiency due to the amount of its active ingredients and only to be used if the doctor considers this to be absolutely necessary. The safety of use at the present dosage has not yet been proven. Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 pass into breast milk. High doses of vitamin B6 can inhibit milk production.

Oral administration of vitamin B12 is only conditionally suitable for the initial treatment of pernicious anemia; To ensure safe treatment, parenteral preparations are recommended for initial therapy.

VITAMIN B COMPLEX forte  Side effects:
Due to the components vitamin B1 (thiamine nitrate) and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), sweating, tachycardia and skin reactions with itching and urticaria can occur in individual cases. Peripheral sensory neuropathies were observed after long-term daily doses of more than 50 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) and short-term doses in the gram range. Photosensitivity has been described at very high daily doses. Gastrointestinal disorders have been described with higher ingestion.

VITAMIN B COMPLEX forte Interactions:
Vitamin B1 (thiamine nitrate) is inactivated by 5-fluorouracil, since 5-fluorouracil competitively inhibits the phosphorylation of thiamine to thiamine pyrophosphate. Long-term treatment with furosemide can result in a thiamine deficit due to increased renal excretion. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) can reduce the effectiveness of L-Dopa. Isoniazid, D-penicillamine and cycloserine can reduce the effectiveness of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
