Vitamin D, also known as cholecalciferol, plays a very important role in our health. However, the "National Consumption Study II" 1 shows that a total of 91% of women and 82% of men do not achieve the recommended daily intake of vitamin D. According to the Robert Koch Institute, the proportion of people with inadequate care increases with age, especially among women. 2
Groups of people who should pay particular attention to their vitamin D levels:

What's in it?
Vitamin D3 1,000 IU capsules from R(h)ein Nutrition contain:
1. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) from lanolin/sheep's wool with a dosage of 1,000 IU (25 µg)
2. MCT 3 coconut fat powder as a transport medium for optimal bioavailability for the body
The capsules themselves are made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (plant-based capsule shell). During production of this product, magnesium salts of fatty acids are used as a release agent/flow agent.

We consciously use high-quality MCT 3-Coconut fat powder, the fat content of which optimizes the bioavailability for the body. Because vitamin D is one of the fat-soluble vitamins, which means that fat is needed as a transport medium so that the body can absorb vitamin D well.
Recommended dosage:
