2 Acute (H1 blocker) + mast cell stabilizing + anti-inflammatory, according to the technical information Vividrin ® Azelastin 0.5 mg / ml eye drops, as of June 2018
3 Seasonal allergic conjunctivitis for children from the age of 4 Years; perennial from 12 years.

For severe complaints
In the case of allergies, mast cells increasingly release the inflammatory messenger substance histamine and thus trigger an immune reaction. The well-tolerated active ingredient azelastine hydrochloride has a threefold effect against the symptoms: it inhibits the histamine receptors and reduces allergic symptoms such as itching or reddening of the eyes. At the same time, the immune cells are stabilized and the release of histamine is reduced. In addition, azelastine is anti-inflammatory. 2

RECOMMENDED USE: Bend your
head back and carefully pull your lower eyelid down.
Now put 1 drop of Vividrin ® azelastine hydrochloride in the middle of the lower eyelid. Make sure that the dropper does not come into contact with the eyes or skin.
Let go of the lower eyelid and press lightly against the nose with your finger from the inner corner of the eye. Blink slowly several times to distribute the drop over the eyeball.
Repeat the process on the other eye and close the bottle with the screw cap immediately after use.

FOR HAYFUSH
Hypersensitivity to flower and grass pollen often results in puffy, reddened or itchy eyes. Vividrin ® azelastine hydrochloride eye drops can have a long-lasting and reliable effect on acute symptoms within a few minutes, without making you tired.

ALLERGIES
The sensitive conjunctiva is troubled by countless triggers: allergies to house dust mites, animal hair or mold spores cause unpleasant symptoms such as burning and itching. An antiallergic drug such as Vividrin ® azelastine hydrochloride eye drops can combat the symptoms effectively and quickly.

CONTACT LENS WEAR
In principle, in the case of allergic conjunctivitis, the ophthalmologist should be asked whether contact lenses can still be worn. If this is permitted, hard and soft contact lenses are to be removed before the dropping and to be reinserted at the earliest 15 minutes afterwards.

FOR CHILDREN
Children are just as often affected by allergic conjunctivitis. Due to their good tolerance and quick effect, Vividrin ® azelastine hydrochloride eye drops are suitable for children from 4 years of age in the case of seasonal allergies.
