It shall be determined based on the amount of diclofenac total renal clearance.Occlusion carried out for 10 hours at about a 3-fold increase in the amount of diclofenac absorbed. The maximum concentration of diclofenac in the blood is about 100 times less than the concentration achieved after oral administration. 99.7% of the drug binds to plasma proteins, primarily albumin. It is metabolized in the liver, 2 phenolic metabolites are biologically active, but have much less activity compared to diclofenac. T 0.5 in the blood is 1-2 h.
