The possible uses of Weleda healing ointment are diverse. It helps with the rapid healing of small, superficial injuries, but also with deeper and purulent inflammation. Active ingredients such as calendula, mercury, Peru balsam, larch resin and Stibium metallicum praeparatum complement each other and act as required: Weleda healing ointment for boils supports, for example, maturation, opening and rejection. It limits superficial inflammations, and in the case of cracked nipples in breastfeeding mothers, it promotes the rapid regeneration of dry, sensitive skin.
Use while breastfeeding: Only apply Weleda healing ointment to the nipple after breastfeeding and remove any residue before the next breastfeeding.
Dosage and method of administration
Unless otherwise prescribed, apply to the affected areas of the skin 1 - 3 times a day.
