Active substances in one dose: xylometazoline hydrochloride - 0.05 mg, dexopanthenol - 5 mg and auxiliary substances: disodium phosphate dodecahydrate; potassium dihydrogen phosphate; benzalkonium chloride, solution: purified water.

Xylodex regeneration nasal spray, xylometazoline hydrochloride Action:
Xylodex nasal spray 0.05% regeneration reduces swelling and congestion of the nasal mucosa, and also helps to reduce the amount of secretion and allows it to drain out of the sinuses more easily. The drug promotes the healing of wounds and irritation of the mucosa, supports its regeneration. The medicine belongs to the xylometazoline hydrochloride group that belongs to the group of sympathomimetics, as well as the substance from group B, that is dexopanthenol.

Xylodex 0.05% regeneration nasal spray recommended for use in the treatment of nasal occlusion or as a means of promoting the healing of the mucous membrane and improving the nasal patency after the operation of the nose. Intended for children from 2 to 6 years of age.

Additional information:
Keep the product out of reach of children at room temperature. For hygienic reasons, it is recommended that only one person use one package. It contains benzalkonium chloride as a preservative, it can cause irritation of the nasal mucosa. Use within 12 weeks. Pregnant women and breastfeeding women should consult a physician before using the medicine.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation (active substances or auxiliary substances). Do not use in children under the age of 2. Do not use in the case of any defects or changes in the nasal mucosa. Do not use in people who have recently undergone neurosurgical surgery (brain) or surgery carried out through the nose eg removal of the pituitary gland.

Side effects: Adverse reactions
may occur in some people during treatment: rare: accelerated heart beat, palpitations, high blood pressure, headache, insomnia; very rare: dryness, irritation of the nose, burning sensation in the nose, hypersensitivity reactions. Dosage:
Use as directed by your doctor or as directed on the leaflet. The preparation may only be administered by an adult. Children from 2 to 6 years of age: it is recommended to apply one dose to each nostril, administer 1-2 times a day, apply every 8-10 hours. The maximum daily dose: 3 doses for each nostril (a total of 6 doses). Use for a maximum of 7 days, if no improvement has occurred during this period, please consult your doctor.
