Aconitum napellus benefits:
Extracts of Aconitum species have been given orally in traditional medicine to reduce fever associated with colds, pneumonia, laryngitis, croup, and asthma; for pain, inflammation, and high blood pressure; as a diuretic; to cause sweating; to slow heart rate; and for sedation.

These include: preliminary stages of feverish infections; Painful conditions, also with increased sensitivity to pain, eg trigeminal neuralgia, pain from herpes zoster (herpetic neuralgia), spasms of the smooth-muscular hollow organs, especially the abdomen; acute inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract (acute gastroenteritis); Anxiety, especially in connection with shock events.
Dosage:
Unless otherwise prescribed, inject 1 ml subcutaneously 1 - 3 times a week up to once a day or quake intracutaneously.
Contraindications:
D3, D6: Known hypersensitivity to aconite. D3: Infants and young children under 6 years of age.
