The duration of use is not limited.

A variety of overdose symptoms can occur, including tiredness, gastrointestinal complaints, cramps, breathing difficulties and cardiovascular disorders. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.

Forgot to take?
Continue taking it as normal (i.e. not double the amount) at the next prescribed time.

How does the ingredient in the drug work?

The active ingredient helps with allergies and calms the itching. It suppresses the effects of the body's own substance histamine by displacing it from its binding sites. As a tissue hormone and type of messenger, histamine plays an important role in the development of inflammation and allergic reactions. Blocking its binding sites interrupts the course of the allergic reaction.

Contraindications:
What speaks against an application?

Always:
- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients
- Porphyria (metabolic disease)
- Impaired kidney function
- Impaired liver function

Under certain circumstances - talk to your doctor or pharmacist about this:
- Narrowing in the digestive tract, at the junction between the stomach and the small intestine or due to scarring in the case of a stomach ulcer
- Heart diseases
- Deviation in the ECG (prolongation of the QT -duration) that can result in cardiac arrhythmia
- narrow-angle glaucoma
- enlarged prostate with residual urine
- narrowing of the bladder neck
- disturbances in the salt balance, for example potassium or magnesium deficiency

Which age group should be considered?
- Babies and young children under the age of 2 years: The medicine should generally not be used in this age group.
- Children under 6 years of age: The medicine should not normally be used in this group. There are preparations that are more suitable in terms of the strength of the active ingredient and/or dosage form.

What about pregnancy and lactation?
- Pregnancy: consult your doctor. Various considerations play a role in whether and how the drug can be used during pregnancy.
- Breast-feeding: consult your doctor or pharmacist. He will examine your particular starting position and advise you accordingly as to whether and how you can continue breastfeeding.

If you have been prescribed the drug despite a contraindication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. The therapeutic benefit can be higher than the risk that the use entails in the event of a contraindication.
