BCAA (Branched-Chain Amino Acids) consists of an optimally balanced (2:1:1) ratio of three essential, hypoallergenic amino acids in the purest, free and crystalline form of plant origin. Since humans are not capable of synthesizing the eight essential amino acids, they must be supplemented through food.
Recommended dosage:
3 capsules once daily. It is best to take them at least 15 minutes before a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
