Please follow the dosage instructions, otherwise SALUS VALERIAN DROPS will not work properly!
Dosage Valerian root sleep, VALERIAN DROPS, Valerian tincture Bio Salus:
To calm down, take ½ teaspoonful (approx. 1.5 ml) 2 to 3 times a day and in case of insomnia take 1 teaspoonful (approx. 3 ml) of SALUS VALERIAN DROPS, diluted with a little water, half an hour before going to bed . If the effectiveness of sleep disorders is not sufficient, 1 additional teaspoonful can be taken before dinner.
