The Phoenix detoxification method is a well-known and proven therapeutic concept. The Phoenix detoxification concept includes the four spagyric preparations PHÖNIX Silybum spag., PHÖNIX Solidago spag., PHÖNIX Urtica-Arsenicum spag., and PHÖNIX Thuja-Lachesis spag., which are taken according to a specific pattern.
What is spagyrics?
The holistic therapeutic approach of spagyrics is based on the assumption that humans, animals, plants, and natural metals, minerals, and rocks contain a vital force that must be harnessed. Spagyric methods for the production of medicines were already common in the Middle Ages and have long been proven effective in naturopathic practice.
The application of the Phönix Spagyric detoxification concept follows a predetermined scheme
Following the Phoenix detoxification therapy, two different preparations are taken daily with sufficient liquid. For the first three days, you should take PHÖNIX Silybum spag. and PHÖNIX Thuja-Lachesis spag. together. On the fourth to sixth days of the Phoenix detoxification procedure, the preparations PHÖNIX Solidago spag. and PHÖNIX Thuja-Lachesis spag. should be taken. On the seventh to ninth days, follow PHÖNIX Urtica-Arsenicum spag. and PHÖNIX Thuja-Lachesis spag.
You should repeat the described cycle five times over a period of 45 days. The dosage will ideally be adjusted to your individual needs by your therapist.
Example individual daily dosage:

- PHOENIX Silybum spag. 60 drops 3 times daily for 3 days in a row
- then PHOENIX Solidago spag. 3 days in a row 3 times daily 60 drops
- then PHOENIX Urtica-Arsenicum 3 days in a row 3 times a day 20 drops
- Continuously: PHOENIX Thuja-Lachesis 20 drops 3 times daily.
- The intake now begins again with PHOENIX Silybum spag., etc. This cycle should be repeated up to a total duration of 45 days.
Do not use metal spoons or metal containers for taking the medication.
Tip: Add the entire daily dose to about 1.5 liters of still water in the morning and drink it throughout the day.
When should the Phoenix detox be performed?
You can use Phoenix Detox Therapy as a preventative measure, as a spring or fall treatment, or for unavoidable stressors. In spring, the treatment is particularly suitable as an accompaniment to Lent, and in autumn, it provides good preparation for winter.
There are no antidotes in spagyrics
Since antidotes don't pose any problems in spagyrics, you can enjoy your coffee as usual during the Phoenix Detoxification Treatment. You can also use products containing camphor, menthol, or peppermint, such as toothpaste, without any problems. This will not diminish the effectiveness of the spagyric preparations. However, you should avoid using metal containers or metal spoons when taking them.
In which cases should the Phoenix Detox Set not be used?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have children under 12 years of age, you should consult an experienced therapist before taking the Phoenix detoxification treatment.
Because PHÖNIX Thuja-Lachesis contains the ingredient Echinacea, the preparation should not be used in cases of autoimmune diseases due to its immunomodulatory effect. If you suffer from an autoimmune disease, you should therefore replace PHÖNIX Thuja-Lachesis with PHÖNIX Hydrargyrum spag.
PHÖNIX Thuja-Lachesis and PHÖNIX Urtica-Arsenicum spag. contain iodine. If you are not allowed to take iodine, you should therefore swap the preparations. You can replace PHÖNIX Thuja-Lachesis with PHÖNIX Hydrargyrum spag., and instead of PHÖNIX Urtica-Arsenicum spag., you can use PHÖNIX Antimonium spag.
You can support the Phoenix detoxification therapy with a healthy diet
A healthy and balanced diet with plenty of organic vegetables, raw vegetables, and salad greens supports the Phoenix detoxification therapy thanks to its rich spectrum of secondary plant substances. Vegetables with an organic seal, such as Demeter, Naturland, Biokreis, Bioland, Ecoland, Gäa, or Biopark, are recommended.
It's also important to drink plenty of fluids. Suitable beverages include water or unsweetened tea. Avoid stimulants and processed foods as much as possible.
Sport or sauna are further ways to effectively support detoxification, as sweating stimulates excretion through the skin.
