Highly swelling special linseed.
Recommended intake:
Consume 3 times a day, if possible before or with meals.
Please ensure you drink plenty of fluids each day.
As a pure version:
1. 15 g of GOLD linseed (2 tablespoons).
For children aged 6-12, only 1 tablespoon.
2. Consume whole if possible.
3. Follow with 1-2 glasses of water (at least 15 ml).
As a linseed porridge:
1. Stir 15 g of GOLD linseed (2 tablespoons) into approx. 400 ml of water and bring to the boil briefly.
2. Stir occasionally and leave to swell for up to 1 hour.
3. Then consume with the seeds.
As a linseed gel:
1. Lightly crush 15 g of GOLD linseed (2 tablespoons) using a rolling pin or similar (do not grind!).
2. Stir into approx. 400 ml of water and bring to the boil briefly.
3. Stir occasionally and allow to swell for up to 1 hour.
4. Roughly strain through a sieve and consume the linseed gel within 30 minutes.

: Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Due to the high swelling capacity, please ensure that you leave the product at least 30 minutes - 1 hour before taking medication.

Linusit ® GOLD linseed swells much longer and more strongly than many other linseeds. They also form a particularly soft, mucilaginous gel, which can be partially separated from the seed. This is what makes Linusit ® GOLD flaxseed so special.
