The active substance dimenhydrinate is an antihistamine and prevents the stimulation of the vomiting center by histamine. Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, adults and adolescents over the age of 14 and weighing more than 56 kg take 1 to 2 Vomacur 50 mg tablets (equivalent to 50 to 400 mg dimenhydrinate) whole 1 to 4 times a day with plenty of liquid throughout the day .
