Mucosolvan a drug soothing cough accompanied by difficulty with expectoration of retained secretions. Mucosolvan® belongs to the group of mucolytic and muco-regulating drugs, this means that the complex structure of the residual affects of substances secreted by the bronchi. The substance responsible for the mucolytic properties Mucosolvan® is ambroxol, running in different directions (poliwalentnie) thinning mucus, but also actively adjusting its secretion and helping transport.

Indications: Infections of the lung and bronchus extending the retention of viscous mucous secretions.

Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years of age - 10 ml (2 tsp) 2 times a day; children 6-12 years of age - 5 ml 2-3 times a day; 2-6 yrs - 2.5 ml three times per day; 1-2 yrs - 2.5 ml of 2 times a day. In patients with renal impairment, the dose should be reduced syrup.
