Vagisan MoistCream Cremolum are soft-melting vaginal suppositories against vaginal dryness. Vagisan MoistCream Cremolum is for women who feel a burning sensation or itching in the vagina and who find an applicator uncomfortable. The soft-melting suppositories are used without an applicator and care for the vagina.

The Vagisan vaginal suppository supplies the dry vagina with lipids and alleviates the symptoms caused by vaginal dryness, e.g. B. feeling dry, burning, itching or vaginal pain. It melts through the warmth of the vagina and forms a cream together with the vaginal fluid that cares for the inside of the vagina and makes it supple. The Vagisan MoistCream Cremolum suppositories are practical to use and therefore particularly convenient when traveling or when you need something quick.

The pessaries are inserted INSIDE the vagina, preferably at bedtime. The application depends on the individual complaints. A cremolum can be used once a day or less frequently (e.g. 2-3 times a week). It is recommended to wear a panty liner during use. Vagisan Cremolum Moist Cream can also be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

The suppositories are free of hormones (oestrogens) and can therefore also be used together with systemic hormone replacement therapy (e.g. tablets, transdermal patches) or alternately with vaginal creams or suppositories containing hormones (oestrogen). They are free from fragrances and preservatives. The Cremolum vaginal suppositories can also be used in addition to a lubricant or other intimate creams, but should not be used immediately before sexual intercourse (at least 20-30 minutes apart).

The addition of a lactic acid-calcium lactate buffer causes the cream that forms in the vagina to have a pH value (acid value) of approx. 4.5 - this means that Vagisan MoistCream Cremolum helps to maintain a healthy vaginal environment.

Vaginal dryness mainly affects women during or after the menopause, but younger women can also be affected by a dry vagina. A lack of estrogen (during and after the menopause) is often the reason for a dry vagina, but hormone fluctuations or stress can also be a cause. Vaginal dryness is often noticeable through pain during sex, but it can also affect the affected women in everyday situations, e.g. B. when sitting or cycling.

Regular use of Vagisan MoistCream Cremolum can help prevent irritation, inflammation and pain in the vagina caused by vaginal dryness. Vagisan MoistCream Cremolum makes the sensitive skin in the vagina pleasantly smooth. This can also have a positive effect during sex, especially for women who otherwise tend to experience pain during sex due to a dry vagina.
