beecraft ® Propolis toothpaste cleans particularly gently and thoroughly and is free of fluoride. Thanks to valuable propolis extract, an antibacterial protection is created that fights bacteria, inhibits their regeneration and thus protects against periodontal disease, gum problems and bad breath.
When brushing, the propolis active ingredients are distributed microfinely on the teeth and gums via the fine-pored foam. The extracts of sage and chamomile also nourish and strengthen teeth and gums. For medical oral and dental care, propolis has proven itself particularly due to its germ-inhibiting and anti-inflammatory properties. When used as an oral care duo, beecraft ® Propolis toothpaste and beecraft ® Propolis drops (oral rinse concentrate ) care for teeth and gums particularly gently and are therefore also recommended for problem-prone oral cavity.
The beecraft ® Propolis oral gel rounds off the propolis oral and dental care range especially for the care of irritations or punctual inflammations of the oral mucosa, e.g. by wearing a prosthesis .

The active ingredient Propolis
Propolis is the valuable protective resin of honey bees. The raw material is collected as a resinous substance from the buds and bark of various trees and processed into the finished propolis by adding ferments, pollen and wax. Only about 60-100 g can be “harvested” per year in a beehive. Similar to the honey harvest, the propolis production takes place without the life in the beehive being impaired.

The composition of propolis is different in each region, depending on the trees and plants. The positive effects on the beehive, however, are comparable all over the world: The content of secondary plant substances, the so-called polyphenols or phytamines, is characteristic of this. These occur as bioactive substances in all plants and significantly determine the quality of propolis.
The beecraft ® branduses a standardized propolis that contains at least 30% phytamines (300 mg polyphenols / g propolis). A standardized manufacturing process and the unique combination of pure propolis from different regions of origin ensure a high diversity and constant concentration of the valuable ingredients.
