OxyTreat is a mouthwash that was developed to combat bad breath (halitosis). Bad breath is primarily caused by bacteria that occur naturally in the mouth and produce sulphur-containing gases. If the balance in the oral cavity is disturbed (e.g. due to a dry mouth, certain foods or an underlying disease), the foul-smelling gases predominate and bad breath occurs.
OxyTreat Halitosis mouthwash fights the bacteria using the active oxygen complex Ardox X®. Ardox X® owes its effect to the gradual release of oxygen. It has been proven in the laboratory that the harmful bacteria do not tolerate the increased oxygen concentration well. The sulphur gases are neutralised by combining the active oxygen complex with zinc.
The unique composition of OxyTreat Halitosis mouthwash does not contain alcohol and is therefore gentle on the oral mucosa. It also does not contain chlorhexidine, which has been shown to be harmful to oral tissue and can lead to discoloration of the teeth and tongue as well as taste problems. The pH neutral property ensures that the teeth and molars are not exposed to acidic components that can attack the tooth enamel.

Application:
Rinse the mouth at least twice a day with 10ml OxyTreat Halitosis Mouthwash for at least 30 seconds. Then spit out; do not rinse.
