Always follow the application instructions:
Brush your teeth twice a day, but not more than 3 times. Avoid excessive ingestion and then spit out. Keep out of reach of children. For children up to 6 years: use only a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. To avoid excessive swallowing, brush your teeth only under supervision. Consult the dentist or doctor if fluoride is also consumed. Discontinue use in case of intolerance.
