Dosage:
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, drink a cup of the tea infusion several times a day.

10 to 15 minutes

Preparation:
To drink after preparing a tea infusion:

1 Sidroga thyme filter bag is poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml), covered and allowed to steep for about 10 to 15 minutes and the filter bag removed.
