Korodin ® cardiovascular drops circulatory system disorder Composition:
100 g liquid contain: 2.5 g D-camphor, 97.3 g fluid extract from fresh hawthorn fruits (1: 1.3-1.5); Extraction agent: ethanol 93% (V / V). Excipients: Levomenthol.

Korodin ® cardiovascular circulatory system disorder drops Areas of application:
If you are susceptible to dizziness as a result of low blood pressure, especially when standing up after lying down, bending over or sitting for a long time (hypotonic and orthostatic circulatory regulation disorders).

Contraindications:
Must not be taken if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to D-camphor or hawthorn or any of the other ingredients of KORODIN® cardiovascular drops; from infants and young children up to 2 years of age (risk of laryngeal spasms); of patients with bronchial asthma or other respiratory diseases that are associated with a pronounced hypersensitivity of the airways, because of the camphor content. 

Inhaling KORODIN® cardiovascular drops can lead to shortness of breath or trigger an asthma attack.
KORODIN® cardiovascular drops are not recommended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age due to the lack of data on safety and efficacy and due to the alcohol content.

Pregnancy and breast feeding period:
There are no data available on the use of KORODIN® cardiovascular drops in pregnant women. The intake of KORODIN® cardiovascular drops is not recommended for pregnant women.
It is not known whether components of KORODIN® cardiovascular drops pass into breast milk. A risk to breast-fed infants cannot be excluded. KORODIN® cardiovascular drops should not be taken by breastfeeding women.

Side effects:
Headaches, dizziness, restlessness, insomnia, palpitations, angina pectoris attacks and gastrointestinal complaints were reported. The frequency is not known. In very high doses, preparations made from hawthorn can cause cardiac arrhythmias and a drop in blood pressure. Camphor, which is contained in KORODIN® cardiovascular drops, can cause laryngeal spasms in babies and toddlers up to 2 years of age, resulting in severe breathing disorders.

Warning: KORODIN® cardiovascular drops contain 60% alcohol by volume.

Korodin ® cardiovascular circulatory system disorder drops Dosage:
Unless otherwise prescribed, take 10 drops of KORODIN® 3 times a day on a piece of sugar that you let melt in your mouth or on a piece of bread (diabetic) that you chew slowly or drip undiluted on your tongue, if the medicinal product Taste doesn't bother.

Depending on the degree of discomfort, the dosage can be increased to 25 drops up to 3 times a day after consultation with the doctor.
In the case of weakness and fainting spells, take 5 to 10 drops of KORODIN® every 15 minutes until improvement occurs again.

Depending on the type of symptoms, KORODIN® can also be taken for long-term therapy.
(*) Since D-camphor is not soluble in water, KORODIN® should not be taken in water.
