OVOSAN is a preparation by which the body receives an alkyl-fosfolipid PNAE (plasmanyl- (N-acyl) -ethanolamin) with a selective antitumor component (1-0-alkyl-2acyl-sn-glycero-3-phospo- (N-acyl ) -ethanol-amin).

PNAE is the main active ingredient of OVOSAN, the molecular mechanism of selective antitumor effect is based on biochemical differences between normal and malignant cells.

Normal cells contain enzyme (alkyl-glycerol-monooxygenasa), which interacts with PNAE to use the products of this interaction for the biosynthesis of lipids and phospholipids, which in turn are the "building blocks" for cell membranes. In malignant cells this enzyme is either absent or almost interactive (non-functioning), which leads to the accumulation of PNAE in the membranes of malignant cells. This phenomenon leads first to the damage of the membranes of malignant cells, and subsequently to the complete destruction of the membranes of tumor cells. Malignant cells die, while membranes of normal physiological cells remain normally functioning.

A very important parallel positive result of the effects of OVOSAN components on abnormal cells is the inhibition of the malignant tumor to its further expansion in the body.

Preventive daily intake of OVOSAN is recommended as follows:

• 1 week 1-0-1 (one capsule after breakfast, lunch without reception, one capsule after dinner) - 14 capsules.
• 2-9 week 1-1-1 (one capsule 3 times a day after meals) - 164 capsules.

OVOSAN is recommended after meals.

Clinical results of application of OVOSAN to patients of the scientific and practical medical center in Hradec Králové of Dr. Peter Bednarčík ( MUDr. Peter Bednarčík CSc ).

Since 1999, I have been treating patients with different types of cancer, and during this time, about 2000 patients passed through our center. On average, this is 25 patients per month, who take the prescribed course of OVOSAN using our consultations and applying various treatment methods, incl. using OVOSAN and as a preventive and as an additional to the classical methods of the program. These figures are only a small part of the total number of patients using OVOSAN because several centers for treating OVOSAN, like ours, operate in the Czech Republic.

Due to the very large number of patients using the OVOSAN program, it is not possible to statistically generalize the effectiveness of the drug on the basis of any general indicators, since it is a question of the different stages of the disease, the damage of different organs, the different age categories of patients, in parallel with the OVOSAN program, patient management techniques, and the like. In practice, it is not possible to compile a control statistical series with the existing variety of initial and changing factors in the course of the treatment process. In this connection, there are only actual results of application of the OVOSAN program for the specific patients that we provide with their consent.

Based on our five-year practice with OVOSAN, it can be argued that we are dealing with a truly unique therapeutic technique that, by its nature and mechanism of action, directly affects the membranes of malignant cells, damaging them, followed by their complete disruption. In addition to directly affecting the membranes of malignant cells, OVOSAN dramatically enhances the therapeutic effect in cases of chemotherapy. The obvious effect of its action is that OVOSAN damaging the membranes of malignant cells, this reduces the resistance of malignant cells and increases their "sensitivity" to the efficacy of chemotherapy which, through damaged membranes, affects the malignant cells much more effectively.

Very important is the fact that the healthy cells OVOSAN works regeneratively and how their "biological protection" - affects the cells like, for example, licithin.

The documented results of OVOSAN application in patients with oncological diseases of the gastrointestinal tract are very successful: diseases of the stomach, colon, gall bladder, including metastases to the liver and lymphatic system.

The next important area for the effective use of OVOSAN is maintenance treatment for brain tumors, in particular astrocytomas in children.

The practical results of using OVOSAN can be summarized in several points:

• The maximum effect is achieved in cases of timely application of the drug, when only a suspicion of a tumor appears. It means - before the use of chemotherapy and surgical intervention.
• It is necessary to take OVOSAN and throughout the time of application of classical methods of cancer treatment and minimally within two months after tumor elimination. In the following time OVOSAN is applied in the form of two preventive applications in order to avoid relapse - the first in 6 months, the second in a year.
• Dosages for cancer patients should be dramatically increased, relative to the doses of preventive treatment
• Optimal in the treatment of classical methods is the use of OVOSAN by doctors who have experience both in classical techniques and having experience working with OVOSAN and, most importantly, focused on preventive treatment by specialists.

problem Oncology is relevant today for any age. A bad ecological situation, refined food, stress, immunodepressive attacks of viruses, bacteria and other living creatures, artificial physical fields and many other factors do not add to our health. Today it is difficult to meet a person fully satisfied with the state of their body - weakness, fatigue, nervousness, sleep and appetite disturbance, minor and passing pains, on which we do not focus our attention, are familiar to everyone. And after all these sensations enter into a symptom complex of "small signs" of oncologic alertness in an early preclinical stage of development of tumors.

Modern diagnostic equipment will not help much in this period, and anyone wishing to visit a doctor-oncologist with such blurred and common complaints for all. But when the symptoms of the disease acquire more clear boundaries and begin to create problems for everyday life, we often have very sad diagnostic findings. If the stage of development of the tumor process allows - we operate, if not - we perform radiation or chemotherapy. Skillfully combining these approaches, it is possible to achieve long-term remission and restore the normal life of the patient, but this task is not very simple. Antitumor treatment in itself is traumatic and toxic for normal organs and tissues, nevertheless it is justified, as long as a struggle with a universal and practically immortal opportunist is being conducted.

In this regard, one of the most important tasks facing oncologists is the development and introduction of new methods for diagnosis and treatment of tumors that, in combination with traditional methods, are either capable of increasing the antitumor effect of therapy, or to reduce the negative side effects in normal organs and tissues that arise in the process of treatment. Today, many specialized oncological institutions are working in this direction and, I must say, not unsuccessfully. It is a question of physical and biological factors of influence on malignant neoplasms and on an organism as a whole. Over the past decade, the possibilities of immunodiagnosis of cancer have expanded significantly. On the dynamics of indicators of oncomarkers and deployed immunograms, one can judge about the effectiveness of treatment and the degree of development of the oncological process in the body. The development of vaccines based on the cellular components of the patient and the donor is close to completion. A wide range of immunomodulators are used in the recovery period, after radiotherapy and chemotherapeutic courses.

The novelty of these methods is not aged. As they say - everything is new, it's reinterpreted by the new old. New technical opportunities and new generations of drugs have appeared. Naturally not in an empty place. The technique is honed for decades until it becomes an instrument in the hands of a doctor. Patient N.V., 53 years old

About two months had problems with the stomach - constipation, bleeding. Has grown thin for 10 kg. In December, during the study of the large intestine, a ring-shaped tumor with numerous metastases in the liver and lungs was found.

Based on research and a little-promising prognosis, from January of next year chemotherapy was prescribed.

On 29 January 2004, the patient began taking OVOSAN (16 packs) in combination with herbal teas and antioxidants (selen) until the end of May. Minimized the use of beef, pork and smoked products.

Gradually there is a complete disappearance of metastases in the lungs and an almost absolute regression of metastases in the liver.

Already in a control study on March 14, rectoscopic studies showed an apparent decrease in the tumor compared to the baseline condition. The following study in May showed complete disappearance of metastases in the lungs and in the liver, and control rectoscopic and histoscopic studies were also negative.
