Intestinal flora balance

Pack size:36 pcs Dosage form:Drinking ampoules

The role of the intestine for the immune system:

With around 400 m², the surface of the intestine is the largest contact area with the outside world and thus the largest gateway for pathogens. Fortunately, the gut-associated immune system acts as gatekeeper. The majority of our immune cells are located in the intestines. There they continuously check everything that wants to enter our body through the digestive tract.

In an emergency, they can immediately form antibodies and eliminate harmful substances at an early stage. The immune cells are also constantly activated and trained through contact with the intestinal flora. The intestine is, in a figurative sense, the fitness studio for the immune system. Via blood and lymph, the “well-trained” immune cells also reach other areas of our body that are exposed to external attacks - for example the airways. So there are enough immune cells ready for defense everywhere. Provided, of course, that the intestinal flora is in a functional equilibrium and can act as a training center for the immune system.

ProBio-Cult Immun contains the special Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG in a very high number of live cultures of 10 billion germs. Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG was originally isolated by the scientists Sherwood Gorbach and Barry Goldwin, for which the abbreviation GG (= Gorbach & Goldwin) stands. This particular strain of lactic acid bacteria is characterized by its high stability and tolerance to gastric and bile acid as well as good adhesion to the human intestinal mucosa. * Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG is considered the best-documented strain of lactic acid bacteria.

The immune mineral selenium:

Selenium is indispensable for the human body and must therefore be taken in daily through food. However, in Europe the soils and thus most plant foods are rather poor in selenium. Therefore, an additional supply of the trace element - especially in the case of stress, infections or chronic illnesses - can be useful.
Selenium plays a central role in the cell-mediated immune response and contributes in many ways to the normal function of the immune system.

Selenium is also important to protect cells from oxidative damage and to maintain normal hair and nails.

In ProBio-Cult Immun, selenium is used in the high-quality compound selenate. This compound does not interact with other nutrients such as B. Vitamin C and is therefore very easily absorbed. The vegetable fiber inulin could be described as an "anabolic steroid" for bacteria. Inulin is the concentrate so that the bacteria can perform their function more efficiently.

Drink the contents of a water bottle before or with a meal every day.

Gluten-free, yeast-free, lactose-free, vegan.

Dietary supplements PROBIO-Cult immune intestinal flora balance are no substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

With selenium as a contribution to the physical defense.

Vitamin A:
A supply of vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of the mucous membranes, thus also to the maintenance of the intestinal mucous membrane. In addition, vitamin A also contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
