Ubiquinol is the reduced version of coenzyme Q₁₀ (ubiquinone) and is involved in numerous processes in the body. It is found in organs and tissues that require a high amount of energy - such as the heart, liver, kidneys and muscles. You can absorb CoQ₁₀ through food and your body can also produce it itself. But: its function decreases from the age of 30. This happens naturally, so you can't prevent it.

We use olive oil as a natural source for our coenzyme Q₁₀ ubiquinol to improve absorption. Our product also contains softgel capsules that are particularly easy to swallow.
