The body's performance depends on the energy supply. The organism gets its energy from the nutrients it consumes, namely carbohydrates, fat and protein.
In order to make use of the energy from these nutrients, a number of substances are needed to support normal energy metabolism. These include vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, biotin, niacin and pantothenic acid. Folic acid provides more motive power, as it helps reduce tiredness and fatigue alongside niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamins B2, B6 and B12.

Coenzyme Q10 completes the recipe. In its pure form, the coenzyme is a yellow-orange, fat-soluble powder. In VitaStar Q10 capsules, coenzyme Q10 is dissolved in vegetable oil and is therefore easily available.

Recommended consumption:
Swallow one capsule daily with a little liquid during a meal or between meals.
