Silymarine ® liver protection is used for the supportive treatment of various forms of chronic inflammatory liver diseases, liver cirrhosis and toxic liver damage. The liver is a central organ of digestion. It bears the brunt of detoxifying the body and produces the bile needed for fat digestion. Silymarin is a flavonoid complex made from the fruits of the milk thistle. It has properties that protect the liver and promote the healing of liver diseases.
