With the depot function: the nutrients are gradually released over several hours and are thus made available to the body on a sustained basis. Vitamin C, D and zinc contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin C and zinc help protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin D contributes to normal bone maintenance and normal muscle function.

Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system and healthy defenses, as well as protecting cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin D - the all-rounder for your health - contributes to normal bone maintenance and normal muscle function. In addition, it contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
A DEPOT tablet contains 25 μg of vitamin D3. This corresponds to 1000 IU (International Units) of vitamin D3.
Our bodies can make vitamin D itself through regular exposure of the skin to sunlight. However, this in-house production is often not sufficient in our latitudes. Especially in the autumn and winter months, when the metabolism is stressed and required, the body produces less vitamin D.
If there is little or no vitamin D self-production, an increased intake of vitamin D from food is therefore required. The body cannot store certain vitamins for long.

Recommended dosage:
Take 1 tablet daily after a meal with sufficient liquid.
The tablets can also be broken in half if necessary.
