The areas of application are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures. These include degenerative diseases of the joints.
Note: This medicine should only be used after medical clarification of the symptoms.
Dosage instructions, method and duration of use:
Degenerative joint disease, PANALGAN ampoules Adults:
Unless otherwise prescribed, intracutaneously in wheals over the diseased joint. 1 ampoule of PANALGAN is injected strictly intracutaneously over the affected joint in 4 wheals at intervals of about 2 cm using a fine cannula. The knee joint is injected on the inside and outside (in the area of the strongest pressure pain); on the spine left and right along the spinous processes; at the hip joint above the greater trochanter and in the area of the lateral portion of the groin. Injections are repeated 1-3 times weekly until successful; they can be given on an outpatient basis.
Homeopathic medicines should not be used for long periods without medical advice.
Contraindications:
Allergy to mistletoe preparations.
Pregnancy and breast feeding period.
Children and young people under the age of 18.
Simultaneously taking anticoagulant drugs.
Infections at the injection sites.
Side effects:
The following side effects have become known for mistletoe preparations:
A slight increase in body temperature, localized inflammatory reactions around the puncture site of the subcutaneous injection and temporary slight swelling of regional lymph nodes are harmless. In case of intolerance to mistletoe, local or general allergic or allergy-like reactions such as generalized itching, urticaria, skin rash, swelling in the facial area (Quincke's edema), chills, shortness of breath, shock may occur, which necessitate discontinuation of the preparation and immediate medical treatment.
