What is Ferrum sidereum D20 and what is it used for?
Ferrum sidereum D20 is an anthroposophic medicine for states of exhaustion.

Areas of application
According to anthroposophical knowledge of man and nature, the areas of application include: stimulating the will to live on all organizational levels, eg in states of exhaustion, shock reactions, depression, convalescence.

What do you need to know before taking Ferrum sidereum D20?
Ferrum sidereum D20 must not be used if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to wheat starch or any of the other ingredients of Ferrum sidereum D20.

Pregnancy and lactation
Like all medicines, Ferrum sidereum D20 should only be taken during pregnancy and lactation after consulting a doctor.

Interactions with other medicinal products
None known. Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.

Important information about certain components of Ferrum sidereum D20
Wheat starch may contain small amounts of gluten, but these are also considered tolerable for patients suffering from celiac disease. This medicine contains lactose. Therefore, please only take it after consulting your doctor if you know that you suffer from an intolerance to certain sugars.

How to take Ferrum sidereum D20?
Always take Ferrum sidereum D20 exactly as your doctor has told you. Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age: take 1 tablet once a day;
Children from 6 to 11 years: take 1 tablet up to 1 time per day;
Babies and toddlers up to 5 years: take ½ tablet maximum once a day.
Dissolve the tablets in your mouth or swallow them with some liquid. Infants and young children should be given the tablets crushed with some liquid for easier administration.

If you forget to take Ferrum sidereum D20:
Do not take a double dose if you have forgotten the previous dose. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure about the use of this medicine.

What side effects are possible?
Like all medicines, Ferrum sidereum D20 can have side effects, although not everyone gets them. Wheat starch can cause hypersensitivity reactions. Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if any side effect gets serious, or if you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet.

What else is important?
Do not use the medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the label and carton.
