Beta-glucan (oat bran; Avena sativa L; contains 70% polysaccharides), coating agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), anti-caking agent cottonseed oil. Filler microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid.
Recommended intake:
Adults take 3 capsules daily with meals and plenty of water.
