1. INDICATION GROUP AND AREAS OF APPLICATION 

Sabal Gourd Capsules are a traditional herbal medicine used to strengthen or strengthen bladder function. 

Sabal pumpkin capsules are a traditional medicine that is registered for the area of ​​application solely due to long-term use.

2.1 Contraindications

When not to take Sabal Pumpkin Capsules?

You must not take Sabal Pumpkin Capsules if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to saw palmetto, pumpkin or pumpkin-like plants such as squash. B. watermelon,

zucchini, etc., versus soy or peanut or any of the other ingredients in Sabal Squash Capsules. See Chapter 6 for component information.

2.2 Warnings and precautions for use 

A doctor should be consulted if there is blood in the urine, fever or if the symptoms persist for more than 5 days, or if you have acute urinary retention. If symptoms persist or if you experience any side effects other than those mentioned in the leaflet, you should consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.

2.3 Pregnancy and lactation

Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking/using any medicine.

Sabal Gourd Capsules should not be taken:

- if you are pregnant,
- if you are breast-feeding.

There are no adequate studies on the use of this medicine during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

2.4 Driving and using machines

You don't need to take any special precautions.

2.5 Important information about certain other ingredients of Sabal Gourd Capsules

This medicine contains lactose and sorbitol. Please only take Sabal pumpkin capsules after consulting your doctor if you know that you suffer from an intolerance to certain sugars.

2.6 Interactions with other agents 

Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking/using or have recently taken/used other medicines, even if they are non-prescription medicines.

So far no interactions are known. Studies on possible interactions of Sabal pumpkin capsules with other medicines are not available.

3.1 Dosage instructions, method and duration of use

The following information applies unless your doctor has prescribed Sabal Pumpkin Capsules otherwise. Please follow the dosage instructions, otherwise Sabal Pumpkin Capsules will not work properly.

The usual dose is:
For adults, 2 softgels twice a day.

Children/Adolescents:
Sabal Pumpkin Capsules are not intended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

Please take 2 soft capsules with a little liquid, preferably ½ glass of water, in the morning and evening after meals.

duration of use

You should not take Sabal Gourd Capsules for longer than 14 days. Please also note the statement under "Warning and Precautions for Use".

Note for diabetics

1 capsule corresponds to less than 0.1 BE.

There is insufficient data for specific dosage recommendations in the case of impaired kidney/liver function. Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of Sabal Pumpkin Capsules is too strong or too weak.

If you take a lot more Sabal Gourd Capsules than you should

If you accidentally take 1 or 2 single doses more than intended, this usually has no adverse consequences. In this case, continue taking it as described in the dosing instructions or as directed by your doctor.

If you have significantly overdosed this medicine, the symptoms described under side effects may occur more frequently. In this case, please notify a doctor. This person can decide on any necessary measures. 

If you forget to take Sabal Gourd Capsules
Next time, do not double the amount, but continue to use as directed in the dosing instructions.

4. SIDE EFFECTS

Like all medicines, Sabal Pumpkin Capsules can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

This medicine may in very rare cases (affects less than 1 user in 10,000) cause allergic reactions because of the soybean oil content. In rare cases (affects 1 to 10 users in 10,000), stomach upset, allergic reactions, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea may occur.

You may no longer use the medicine after the expiry date (date after "Use by") stated on the folding box (outer carton) and the container (blister).

Do not store above 25ºC.

Store drug out of reach of children.

6. COMPOSITION AND CONTENTS OF THE PACK

1 soft capsule contains as active ingredients:
crushed pumpkin seeds 50.00 mg, pumpkin seed oil 60.00 mg, thick extract of saw palmetto fruits 7.20 mg (8.5-10.5:1), extraction agent: ethanol 60% (v/v).

Other ingredients:
Refined soybean oil (Ph. Eur.), yellow wax, refined coconut fat, (3-sn-phosphatidyl)choline from soybeans, butterfat from cows, lactose monohydrate, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, gelatin, glycerol 85%, sorbitol Solution 70%, non-crystallizing (based on dry matter), coloring hydrated iron hydroxide oxide (E172), iron oxide red (E172), iron oxide red (II, III) (E172), purified water .
